OBJECTS

Presented below are the charitable objects for which Kimaryo Foundation is established:

Contributing to the improvement of peoples' lives in Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania where Kimaryo clan hails, and to certain extents that of rest of Tanzania, Africa, and Africa's diaspora communities, by provision of economic and material support to: family owned businesses, and establishment of new such businesses; by the provision economic assistance for the care of orphans and street children; by provision of economic assistance for housing to poor families; by the provision of economic assistance for the education of children from poor families; by creation of scholarships for college and university education of children; and by provision of economic assistance to poor old people as well as disabled people
Disseminating to the global audience, postive information about what Kilimanjaro region, Tanzania, and Africa, and Africa's disapora communities at large have in stock, in terms of people, culture, hospitality and tourist resources, infrastructure, and public facilities and services
Active fundraising both locally and internationally by the establishment and running of charitable shops and other charitable businesses in Tanzania; by the application for funds from other relevant charitable organisations, and corporate and individual donors worldwide; by the establishment of representation in other countries with the purpose of raising funds for the Foundation; and by such other exclusively charitable means as the Directors shall from time to time determine
Direct contribution to the overall development of Kilimanjaro region by the provision of economic support for: the creation of educational and health facilities, and environmental protection in the region
Strengthening the linkage among the people of Kilimanjaro region, Tanzania, Africa, and Africa diaspora communities by providing appropriate pages on social media and a You Tube channel
