MEMBERSHIP

Kimaryo Foundation is a membership charitable organization with two types of membership, namely full membership and associate membership. Full membership is open only to members of the Kimaryo clan. Other people interested in the Foundation can join as associate members. Full members will be categorised into founding members and ordinary full members. The former will comprise of those members of Kimaryo clan who expressed interest to join the the Foundation before May 15, 2015. Only founding members will have voting rights in the Foundation.

Furthermore, only full members will have access to the Foundation's management positions. Both full members and associate members will be offered discounted rates for entry into events arranged or sponsored by the Foundation as well as goods traded at the Foundation's charitable commercial outlets.

There are likely to be more benefits to members as the Foundations develops. Due to the obvious lucrative benefits that are offered to members, there will be an annual fee for membership. The fee regime will be determined by the Board of Directors. Those who became members before the formal registration of the Foundation, will be offered a one year free membership from the date of the registration. With exception of the above renumerations for members, most of the Foundation's charitable services and benefits will be open to all people in Kilimanjaro Region irrespective of their clans.
